Dividend Declaration
London Security PLC announced an interim dividend of 55 pence per ordinary share for the year ending 31 December 2025, declared on 6 November 2025. With 12,259,877 Ordinary Shares currently in issue, the total dividend payable amounts to £6,742,932. This dividend will be distributed on 5 December 2025 to shareholders registered by 14 November 2025, with the shares trading ex-dividend from 13 November 2025. This declaration constitutes inside information under Article 7 of the UK version of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014.

The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that it has today declared an interim dividend of 55 pence per ordinary share of one penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). There are currently 12,259,877 Ordinary Shares in issue and therefore the total dividend payable is £6,742,932.
The above dividend will be paid on 5 December 2025 to shareholders on the register on 14 November 2025 and the Ordinary Shares will become ex-dividend on 13 November 2025.
