Lords (LORD.L), a leading distributor of building materials in the UK, provides an update in relation to the Company's block admission arrangements ('Block Admission') in respect of new ordinary shares of £0.005 each ('Ordinary Shares') which may be issued as a result of exercises of existing options to subscribe for new Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Company's 2022 Deferred Bonus Plan.
