Total Voting Rights
On October 31, 2025, Lords Group Trading PLC announced that the total number of ordinary shares in issue is 166,231,688. Each share has a nominal value of £0.005 and carries the right to one vote. The company does not hold any shares in treasury; therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights is also 166,231,688. This figure can be used by shareholders to calculate their notification requirements regarding their interest in the company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), the total number of ordinary shares of £0.005 each in the capital of the Company in issue as at the date of this notice is 166,231,688 with each share carrying the right to one vote.
The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, the number of ordinary shares with voting rights is 166,231,688.
