Update re Suspension of Trading on AIM
Landore Resources Limited announced that work to finalize the Mineral Resource Estimates for its BAM Gold Project and the B4-7 and VW deposits is nearing completion, with an expected publication by the end of the current week. Trading in the company's ordinary shares on AIM will remain suspended pending this updated MRE release.

London, United Kingdom - 21 January 2026 - Landore Resources Limited (AIM: LND) ("Landore Resources" or the "Company") announces that, further to the Company's announcement of 2 January 2026, work to finalise the Mineral Resource Estimates ("MRE") for its BAM Gold Project and the B4-7 and VW deposits is nearing completion and the Company expects to be in a position to publish the updated MRE by the end of this week.
Trading in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM will remain suspended pending publication of the updated MRE.
