Liontrust Asset Management Plc has announced that Senior Independent Director Rebecca Shelley will be appointed as a Non-executive Director and Chair of B.P. Marsh & Partners Plc, effective May 26, 2026. Consequently, Ms. Shelley will not seek re-election as a Non-executive Director at Liontrust's September 2026 AGM, though she will continue her current role until then. The company acknowledged her significant contributions and stated her knowledge and experience will be missed.

Pursuant to LR 6.4.9R, Liontrust announces it has been informed that Rebecca Shelley, Senior Independent Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-executive Director and Chair of B.P. Marsh & Partners Plc, with effect from 26 May 2026.
In accordance with LR 6.4.8R, Liontrust announces that as a result of this additional board appointment, Ms Shelley does not intend to stand for re-election as a Non-executive Director at the Company's AGM in September 2026. Ms Shelley will continue in her role as Senior Independent Director until the AGM.
