Director/PDMR Shareholding
Liontrust Asset Management Plc has announced the cancellation of options for two Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs) under the 2024 Save as You Earn (SAYE) scheme. The Chief Executive Officer, John Ions, and the Chief Financial Officer, Vinay Abrol, each had 4,886 options cancelled on November 25, 2025, at a price of £3.776 per share, outside of a trading venue. Both individuals have applied to participate in the 2025 SAYE scheme, and new options are expected to be granted following approval.

Liontrust announces that certain options granted to the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs) under the 2024 Save as You Earn (SAYE) scheme have been cancelled as detailed below. Both persons have made applications to participate in the 2025 SAYE scheme and it is expected that new options will be granted following approval. A further announcement will be made in due course.
