LendInvest plc (LSE: LINV, "LendInvest"), the UK's leading platform for mortgages and the ultimate holding company of LendInvest Secured Income II plc and LendInvest Secured Income III plc, today announces a roadshow to meet with professional fixed income investors.

A sterling bond issue by LendInvest Secured Income III plc and an exchange offer in respect of LendInvest Secured Income II plc's existing 11.5 per cent. Notes due 2026 (XS2677624657) and 6.5 per cent. Notes due 2027 (XS2498582266) will follow, subject to market conditions.
