LBG Media plc, a social entertainment powerhouse with a focus on young adults, announces that Carol Kane has decided to step down as Non-Executive Director with effect from 11 September 2026 having served on the Board since December 2021.
A process to identify Carol's successor is well advanced and the Group is close to making an appointment with an announcement expected in due course.
Carol Kane said:
"I have thoroughly enjoyed serving on the Board of LBG Media for the past four and a half years and I feel now is the right time for me to step down. I want to thank my colleagues on the Board for their support, and I remain confident in the success of the Group going forward."
Dave Wilson, Non-Executive Chair at LBG Media plc, said:
