LBG Media plc, whose purpose is to entertain and delight young adults making them laugh, think and act, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at its London office, at Level 2, The Relay Building, 114 Whitechapel High Street, London, E1 7PT, at 1pm GMT on Thursday 19 March 2026.
An electronic copy of the Notice of AGM will be available shortly on the investor section of the Company's website at www.lbgmedia.co.uk. The 2025 Annual Report and Accounts is available at https://lbgmedia.co.uk/results-reports-presentations/annual-report and has been posted to shareholders, together with the notice convening the 2026 AGM.
