Kropz Plc (AIM: KRPZ), an emerging African phosphate producer and developer, announced on 8 December 2025 that Kropz Elandsfontein (Pty) Ltd ("Elandsfontein") and ARC Fund ("ARC") (together the "Parties") have agreed to a ZAR 250 million (approximately US$ 14.4 million) loan facility (the "Loan")

The second draw down on the Loan for an amount of ZAR 50 million has been made. ZAR 100 million remains available to draw down on the Loan.
