KRM22 plc, (AIM: KRM) the technology and software investment company that focuses on risk management for capital markets, is pleased to announce the signing of two new customer contracts for the Risk Manager application.
The two new contracts each cover a period of three years with a combined value of US$1.3m over the life of the contracts. One contract is with an existing Futures Commission Merchant (“FCM”) customer who is already using the Limits Manager application, whilst the second contract is with a new customer.
Following these contract wins, the total value of the Company’s Annual Recurring Revenue (“ARR”) attributable to the Risk Manager application is £3.4m from 18 customers, of which four customers, with total ARR of £0.4m, are on the legacy At-Trade and Post-Trade contracts.
Separate to these new contracts, the Company has been notified of one contract termination for its Surveillance Manager application. The contract termination, with ARR of £0.2m, is a result of industry consolidation with the customer having been acquired in 2025 and the acquiring company benefiting from operational synergies.

Dan Carter, CEO commented: “These new contract wins for Risk Manager demonstrate the continued demand for KRM22’s enhanced risk solutions. With ARR increasing to £8.5m, we remain focused on achieving our end-of-year target and continuing to build the sales pipeline to drive future growth.”
