Lodgement of Cleansing Prospectus
Kore Potash PLC has lodged a cleansing prospectus for the offer of up to 7,000 CHESS Depositary Interests at AUD 0.058 each, aiming to raise up to AUD 406 before expenses. This prospectus is primarily to remove on-sale restrictions for shares issued under a placement announced on November 20, 2025. The company, which holds a 97% stake in the Kola and DX Potash Projects in the Republic of Congo, will announce the admission to trading of these CDIs separately.

Kore Potash plc, the potash development company with 97% ownership of the Kola and DX Potash Projects in the Sintoukola Basin, located in the Republic of Congo, announces that the Company has today issued a cleansing prospectus for the offer of up to 7,000 CHESS Depositary Interests ("CDIs") in the capital of the Company at an issue price of AUD 0.058 per CDI to raise up to AUD 406 (before expenses).
This cleansing prospectus has been prepared primarily for the purpose of section 708A(11) of the Australian Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) to remove any on-sale restrictions in relation to the shares to be issued pursuant to the Company's placement announced on 20 November 2025.
