Change of Accounting Reference Date
Kodal Minerals PLC announced a change to its accounting reference date from March 31 to December 31. This adjustment aligns with the financial year-end of the Bougouni Lithium Project in Mali, where Kodal has a 49 percent shareholding through Kodal Mining UK Limited. Consequently, unaudited interim accounts for the six-month period ending September 30, 2025, will be published by December 31, 2025. Audited accounts for the nine-month period ending December 31, 2025, are scheduled for publication by June 30, 2026. Following this, the company will release annual audited results for the 12-month period ending December 31 and unaudited interim results for the six-month period ending June 30 each year.

Kodal Minerals, the mineral exploration and development company, announces that the Company has changed its accounting reference date from 31 March to 31 December to align with the financial year end of the Bougouni Lithium Project located in southern Mali ("Bougouni" or the "Project"), operated by Kodal Mining UK Limited ("KMUK"), in which Kodal has a 49 per cent. shareholding.
Accordingly, the Company's financial calendar will be as follows:
- Unaudited interim accounts for the six-month period ending 30 September 2025 to be published by 31 December 2025.
- Audited accounts for the nine-month period ending 31 December 2025 to be published by 30 June 2026.
- Unaudited interim accounts for the six-month period ending 30 June 2026 to be published by 30 September 2026.
Thereafter, the Company will publish each year its final audited results for the 12-month period ending 31 December as well as its unaudited interim results for the six-month period ending 30 June.
