On 13 March 2026, Brendan Mooney, Chief Executive Officer, exercised share options granted between 2016 and 2021, under the Company's annual PSP Scheme. Brendan Mooney retained the ordinary shares on exercise.
Following this notification, Brendan Mooney and his Persons Closely Associated (PCAs) (including MF LP) have a reportable shareholding of 10,736,558 ordinary shares, representing 9.09% of the Company's issued share capital.
