Appointment of Joint Administrators
Kanabo Group Plc has announced the appointment of Damian Webb and Stephanie Sutton of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP as joint administrators, effective immediately. The administrators will work with the Board to explore strategic options aimed at restoring the Company's financial stability and facilitating the lifting of the current suspension and subsequent restoration of trading in its ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange.

Kanabo Group plc announces that Damian Webb and Stephanie Sutton of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP have been appointed as joint administrators of the Company with effect from today.
The Joint Administrators, working alongside the Board, will now assess a range of strategic options aimed at returning the Company to financial stability, with the intention of enabling the lifting of the current suspension and the subsequent restoration of trading in the Company's ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange.
