Result of AGM
Kromek Group PLC announced the results of its Annual General Meeting, where all resolutions were duly passed. For resolution 1, votes for totaled 238,908,491, representing 95.51% of votes cast, while votes against amounted to 11,243,902, or 4.49%. Resolution 2 saw 247,173,824 votes for (99.72%) and 700,461 votes against (0.28%). Resolution 3 had 215,613,296 votes for (99.72%) and 612,480 votes against (0.28%). Resolution 4 received 237,319,661 votes for (99.63%) and 872,818 votes against (0.37%). For resolution 5, votes for were 248,089,611 (99.57%) and votes against were 1,080,022 (0.43%). Resolution 6 had 230,260,381 votes for (93.78%) and 15,260,644 votes against (6.22%). Finally, resolution 7 saw 248,535,604 votes for (99.77%) and 570,881 votes against (0.23%).
