Keller Group plc has announced that as of March 31, 2026, its total issued share capital comprises 73,099,735 ordinary shares, with 2,501,371 held in treasury, resulting in 70,598,364 voting rights. This figure of 70,598,364 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculating any required notifications of their interests in the company under FCA rules.

advises that, as at 31 March 2026, the total issued share capital of the Company consists of 73,099,735 ordinary shares of 10p each, of which 2,501,371 shares are held in treasury. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company's ordinary shares is 70,598,364.
The above number of 70,598,364 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's DGTR.
