Result of AGM
Knights Group Holdings PLC announced that all resolutions presented at its Annual General Meeting were passed by shareholders. Resolution 1 received 100.00% of votes in favour, with 50,284,319 votes for and 1,238 against, representing 58.49% of the issued share capital voted. Other resolutions also saw overwhelming support, with votes in favour ranging from 98.81% to 100.00%. The total votes cast for the resolutions represented approximately 58.49% to 58.50% of the issued share capital.

The Board is pleased to announce that at Knights Annual General Meeting, held today at 10.30am, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed. The result of votes cast by proxy for each resolution were as follows:
