Result of AGM
Knights Group Holdings PLC announced the successful passing of all resolutions at its Annual General Meeting. Resolution 1 saw 49,158,941 votes for and 68 votes against, representing 99.99% and 0.01% respectively, with 57.18% of ISC voted. Resolution 2 had 46,788,372 votes for (95.07%) and 2,424,692 votes against (4.93%), with 57.25% of ISC voted. For Resolution 3, 46,443,739 votes were cast for (97.99%) and 954,231 against (2.01%), with 55.13% of ISC voted. All other resolutions (4-15) also passed with over 99% of votes in favor, with voting percentages of ISC ranging from 40.16% to 57.25%. The trading update for Knights half year results will be released on November 21, 2025.
