Notice of General Meeting & Investor Presentation
Kefi Gold and Copper PLC has announced that a Circular and Notice of General Meeting will be posted to shareholders, with the meeting scheduled for April 14, 2026. Additionally, the company's Executive Chairman will host a live investor presentation on April 8, 2026, to discuss its gold and copper projects in Ethiopia and Saudi Arabia.

KEFI Gold and Copper (AIM: KEFI), the exploration and development company focused on gold and copper projects in the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, announces, further to the Company's announcements of 19, 20 and 24 March 2026, that a Circular including a Notice of General Meeting and Form of Proxy, will be posted to shareholders later today.

The General Meeting will be held on 14 April 2026 at 4.00 p.m. (AEST) at 49 Pennant Avenue, Denistone East 2112, Sydney, NSW, Australia.
Investor Presentation
The Company is pleased to announce that Harry Anagnostaras-Adams, Executive Chairman, will host a live interactive presentation on the Engage Investor platform, on Wednesday 8 April 2026 at 10.00 a.m. BST.
