Result of AGM
Cadence Minerals Plc announced that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting, with the exception of Resolution 5 concerning the disapplication of pre-emption rights, which was withdrawn. Key resolutions approved include the receipt of financial statements and reports, the re-appointment of Andrew Suckling as a director, and the re-appointment of PKF Littlejohn LLP as auditor. The directors were also granted authority to allot shares, with 102,416,889 votes for and 50,133,459 votes against this resolution.

Cadence Minerals (AIM: KDNC) is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed. Resolution 5, the resolution for Disapplication of pre-emption rights, was withdrawn from the meeting.
