Following the transaction, Mr. Fairclough holds a total of 83,625 shares, which represents 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital.

David Mendelson, Non-Executive Director, has acquired a total of 83,466 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 23.9 GBp per share. Sarah Mendelson, a person closely associated with David Mendelson, has acquired a total of 83,467 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 23.9 GBp per share.
