Changes to the Board
Jubilee Metals Group PLC announced that non-executive director Nicholas Taylor has resigned with immediate effect after over five years of service. Taylor, who was appointed in 2020, served as the chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and was a member of the Remuneration Committee. The company stated that new committee chairs and members will be appointed in due course.

Changes to the Board
Jubilee, the Zambia copper focused producer, announces that Nicholas Taylor has notified the Company of his resignation from his position as non-executive director with immediate effect.
Appointed in 2020, Nicholas is chair of Audit and Risk Committee, a member of the Remuneration Committee and a former member of the Safety and Sustainability Committee. A new chair and members of these committees will be appointed in due course.
Statement from Jubilee's chairperson, Dr Mathews Phosa:
