Judges Scientific plc has announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Bradley Ormsby, and Non-Executive Deputy Chair, Ralph Elman, have purchased ordinary shares in the company through a dividend reinvestment program. Mr. Ormsby, along with his spouse, acquired 63 shares at a price of 4917.5p per share on July 17, 2026. Mr. Elman purchased 122 shares at the same price on the same date. These transactions, executed on the London Stock Exchange's AIM Market, represent an investment by key management personnel in the company.
