Exercise of Warrants and Total Voting Rights

Jangada Mines Plc (AIM: JAN), a Brazil-focused natural resource development company, announces that pursuant to the receipt of several warrant exercise notices, it has issued, in aggregate, 21,333,333 new ordinary shares of 0.04 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") ("New Shares"). The warrant exercises, at the exercise price of 1 pence per share, generated gross proceeds of £213,333.33 to the Company, bringing the total amount raised from the exercise of warrants to approximately £590,000.
Admission and Total Voting Rights
The New Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares. Application will therefore be made for the admission of 21,333,333 new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission"), and it is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in such New Shares on AIM will commence on or around 8.00 a.m. on 19 December 2025.
Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 699,316,320 Ordinary Shares, each with one voting right. As the Company does not hold any shares in treasury, this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company following Admission under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
