International Workplace Group plc has announced that on October 26, 2026, Estorn Limited, a company wholly owned by Executive Chair Mark Dixon and considered a person closely associated with him, pledged security over 160,000,000 ordinary shares. This transaction does not alter Mark Dixon's beneficial shareholding, as he continues to hold an interest and voting rights in 255,485,894 ordinary shares, representing approximately 27.2% of the company's issued share capital. The pledging of shares occurred outside of a trading venue.

The Company has been notified, that on 26 October 2026, Estorn Limited, a person closely associated with Mark Dixon, Executive Chair of the Company, pledged security over 160,000,000 ordinary shares held in the capital of the Company.
There is no change in Mark Dixon’s beneficial shareholding in the Company, he holds an interest and voting rights in 255,485,894 ordinary shares representing approximately 27.2% of the issued share capital of the Company.
