Result of AGM

All AGM resolutions were duly passed; directors were re-elected with votes ranging from 96.43% to 99.85% (219,324,712 votes, 96.43% lowest; 227,019,466 votes, 99.85% highest). Auditor reappointment passed with 96.61% (211,195,399 votes) but had 8,924,854 votes withheld, and the Audit Committee determining auditor remuneration passed with 90.78% for, 9.22% against and 19,693,616 withheld. Share issuance authorities were approved: directors' authority to allot shares 225,028,149 votes (99.02%), general disapplication of pre-emption rights 226,188,176 votes (99.58%) and acquisition-related disapplication 223,865,196 votes (98.55%), enabling potential future equity issuance.
