Result of AGM
IQE plc announced that all resolutions were passed at its 2026 Annual General Meeting, with resolutions 1 to 10 approved as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 11 and 12 as special resolutions. Votes for each resolution ranged from 98.69% to 99.90%, with votes against ranging from 0.10% to 1.31%. The percentage of the issued share capital voted ranged from 29.15% to 29.18%.
