Notice of Results

Impax Asset Management Group plc (the "Company") expects to announce its final results for the year ended 30 September 2025 on Wednesday 26 November 2025.

There will be an online meeting for analysts on the day of the results at 8.30am.

A copy of the presentation will be made available on the Company's website from 7.30am on 26 November 2025.
