CFO Appointment
Iomart Group plc announced the appointment of Matthew Waymark as Chief Financial Officer and Director, effective September 14, 2026. Waymark brings extensive financial leadership experience from roles at NatWest Plc, including Finance Director of the Commercial & Institutional Division, and most recently as CFO of a start-up bank. He is a chartered accountant and has held directorships at NatWest Pension Trustee Limited and Coutts & Company. Waymark does not currently hold any shares in the company.

Iomart Group plc (AIM: IOM), the secure cloud services company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Matthew (Matt) Waymark as Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Board, effective 14 September 2026. Matt's appointment follows a thorough and comprehensive process undertaken by the Nomination Committee.
Matt is an accomplished executive finance leader with a proven track record in driving business strategy and transformation in both large listed and small start-up businesses. His experience spans roles at NatWest Plc, including as the Finance Director of the Commercial & Institutional Division as well as previous roles as Director of Investor Relations, Head of Group Financial Planning & Analysis and Director of Finance. Most recently, Matt was the CFO at a start-up bank. Matt trained as a chartered accountant at Deloitte.
