Change of Name
Insig AI Plc has officially changed its registered name to Candessa AI plc, following shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting on October 14, 2026. Trading on AIM will commence under the new name and TIDM CAS (previously INSG) from 8:00 on October 19, 2026, with the ISIN and LEI remaining unchanged. Shareholders are unaffected, and existing share certificates remain valid. The company's website has also been updated to candessa.com.

Following shareholder approval of the proposed change of the Company's registered name at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 14 October 2026, the registered name of the Company is now Candessa AI plc.
With effect from 8:00 on 19 October 2026, trading on AIM will commence under the Company's new registered name and the new Tradable Instrument Display Mnemonic (TIDM) will be CAS (previously INSG). The Company's ISIN GB00BYV31355 and LEI 21380098CKBAG1NWCD98 remain unchanged.
The Company's website address has also been updated to candessa.com.
