£1.04m Purchase Order & Notice of Interim Results
Intercede Group PLC has secured a formal purchase order valued at approximately £1.04 million for professional services, including development work, to support a significant deployment within a US Federal agency, an increase from the previously announced £0.52 million Authority to Proceed. The company also announced that its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2026 will be released on 24 November 2026, with a live presentation scheduled for 26 November 2026.

Intercede, the leading specialist in digital identity, credential management and secure mobility, announces that it has received a formal purchase order valued at approximately £1.04 million for professional services, including development work, in support of a large deployment in a US Federal agency.
This is an increase to the previously announced Authority to Proceed (“ATP”) that noted an initial value of £0.52 million for development work in support of deployment by that customer. This ATP was pending receipt of a formal purchase order which has now been received for the value set out above.
Notice of Interim Results
Intercede also announces that its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2026 (“H1FY27”) on 24 November 2026.
The Company will provide a live presentation relating to the results via Investor Meet Company on 26 November 2026 at 15:00 GMT.
