Intercede, the leading specialist in digital identity, credential management and secure mobility, is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed. Resolutions 1 to 9 were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 10 to 12 were passed as special resolutions.

In addition, the Group will release its trading update for the six months ending 30 September 2026 (H1 FY27) on Thursday, 8 October 2026.
