Blocklisting Interim Review & Total Voting Rights
Invinity Energy Systems plc has provided an interim review of its blocklisting arrangements for warrant exercises and employee share options. During the period from January 2, 2026, to June 30, 2026, 621,218 ordinary shares were issued under these schemes, reducing the balance of unissued securities from 1,360,820 to 739,602 ordinary shares. The company's total issued ordinary share capital now stands at 569,388,085 ordinary shares, which shareholders can use as a denominator for disclosure notifications.
