Iconic Labs PLC has announced that as of 30 September 2026, its total voting rights stand at 17,628,165, based on its issued share capital of 17,628,165 Ordinary Shares. This figure should be used by shareholders for notification purposes under FCA rules. Additionally, 420,168 new Ordinary Shares were admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market on 17 September 2026, and these shares are fully fungible with existing Ordinary Shares.

Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, as at 30 September 2026, the Company's issued share capital consists of 17,628,165 Ordinary Shares of £0.0001, each with one voting right. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 17,628,165.
The above figure of 17,628,165 should be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
