Scrip Dividend Reference Price
Helios Underwriting Plc has announced the scrip dividend reference price for its fully paid ordinary shares, set at 214.1p per share. This price applies to the total dividend of 7.0p and a special dividend of 3.0p per share for the year ended 31 December 2025, with new shares to be issued to shareholders electing the scrip dividend alternative. The reference price is derived from the average closing middle market share price over the five trading days from the ex-dividend date of 4 June 2026. The scrip dividend remains subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting on 22 June 2026, with the final date for scrip dividend mandate election forms being 26 June 2026 and the allotment and admission of new shares scheduled for 10 July 2026.

The scrip reference price is calculated as the average of the Company's closing middle market share price for the five consecutive dealing days commencing on the ex-dividend date of 4 June 2026.
The timetable for the proposed scrip dividend, which remains subject to approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on 22 June 2026, is as follows:
