Total Voting Rights

Hunting PLC reports that as at 31 October 2026 its issued share capital comprises 151,393,623 Ordinary shares of 25 pence each; the Company holds no shares in treasury. The figure 151,393,623 should be used as the denominator for FCA Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules notification thresholds. Shares repurchased under the Company's buy-back programme have been cancelled and are therefore not included in the total.
