As of September 30, 2025, Hostelworld Group PLC's issued share capital consists of 125,556,709 ordinary shares. Each ordinary share has a nominal value of €0.01 and carries one vote. The company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights attached to the company's shares is 125,556,709. This figure should be used by shareholders to calculate if they need to notify their interest in the company.

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R, the Company's issued share capital consists, as at 30 September 2025, of 125,556,709 ordinary shares of €0.01 each (the "Ordinary Shares"), with one vote per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights is 125,556,709 and this is the figure which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under either the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules or the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007, as amended.
