Change of Accounting Reference Date - Replacement
Harena Resources Plc announced a change to its accounting reference date, shifting from April 30th to June 30th to align with its subsidiary, Harena Resources Pty Ltd. Consequently, the company will publish audited accounts for a 14-month period ending June 30, 2025, by October 31, 2025. Unaudited interim accounts for the six-month period ending December 31, 2025, are expected by March 31, 2026. Following this transitional period, Harena will release annual audited results for the 12-month period ending June 30 and unaudited interim results for the six-month period ending December 31 each year. This announcement replaces a previous one, correcting the end date for audited accounts from December 31, 2025, to October 31, 2025.

The following announcement replaces the "Change of Accounting Reference Date" announcement released on 29 August 2025 at 12:31 PM under RNS No 2727X. Change of Accounting Reference Date
Harena Resources Plc (LSE: HREE), the rare earths company focused on the Ampasindava ionic clay rare earth project in Madagascar (the "Ampasindava Project"), advises that the Company has changed its accounting reference date from 30 April to 30 June to align with its subsidiary Harena Resources Pty Ltd which was acquired earlier this year.
Accordingly, the Company's updated financial calendar will be as follows:
- Audited accounts for the 14-month period ended 30 June 2025 to be published by 31 October 2025.
- Unaudited interim accounts for the six-month period ending 31 December 2025 to be published by 31 March 2026.
Thereafter, the Company will publish each year its final audited results for the 12-month period ending 30 June as well as its unaudited interim results for the six-month period ending 31 December.
