As at 30 April 2026, the Company's issued and outstanding share capital is 1,136,495,282 Ordinary Shares, each with voting rights, and this number may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
AFC Energy's fuel cell generator systems are currently offered with generation capacities of 30kW and 200kW. They are well-suited to off‑grid, decentralised and temporary power applications, including the displacement of diesel generators on construction and infrastructure sites. Further use cases include electric vehicle charging for cars, buses and trucks, as well as charging of battery‑powered non‑road machinery, with additional emerging opportunities in maritime, data centre and rail applications.
