In compliance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules Rule 5.6.1R, the Company announces that its total issued share capital as at 30 September 2026 consists of 585,217,753 ordinary shares of 5 pence each, of which 6,333 shares are held in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 585,211,420. This figure should be used by Shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, ordinary shares under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules and/or the Irish Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007, as amended.
