Publication of Final Terms
Hammerson plc has published the Final Terms for its GBP 250 million 5.875% notes due 2033, issued under its £5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme. These Final Terms should be read in conjunction with the prospectus dated 24 April 2026 and its supplements. The notes have not been registered under the United States Securities Act of 1933 and may not be offered or sold within the United States to U.S. persons except under an exemption.
