Hammerson Plc has announced its total issued share capital as of April 30, 2026, comprises 532,054,593 ordinary shares, with 8,285 held in treasury. Consequently, the total number of voting rights stands at 532,046,308, which shareholders should use as the denominator for determining notification requirements under FCA and Irish Transparency Rules regarding their interests in the company's ordinary shares.

In compliance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules Rule 5.6.1R, the Company announces that its total issued share capital as at 30 April 2026 consists of 532,054,593 ordinary shares of 5 pence each, of which 8,285 shares are held in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 532,046,308. This figure should be used by Shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, ordinary shares under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules and/or the Irish Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007, as amended.
