Hilton Food Group admitted 100,248 new ordinary shares of 10p each to trading on the LSE Main Market—100,034 issued on 15 October 2026 to satisfy Long Term Incentive Plan exercises and 214 issued on 20 October 2026 under the 2023 Sharesave Scheme—bringing shares outstanding to 90,055,961 and representing approximately 0.11% dilution to existing shareholders; the shares are fully fungible and admitted under existing block admissions.
