Hercules plc has announced that CEO Brusk Korkmaz transferred 17,920,845 ordinary shares to Nicola Korkmaz for nil consideration on January 5, 2026. Following this transaction, Brusk Korkmaz retains 17,920,846 shares, representing 22.5% of the company's issued share capital, held directly by Hercules Real Estate Limited. Novari Holdings Limited, owned by Nicola Korkmaz, now beneficially holds 17,920,845 ordinary shares, also equating to 22.5% of the issued share capital.

Hercules plc (AIM: HERC), a leading technology-enabled labour supply company for the UK infrastructure and construction sectors, has been notified by Brusk Korkmaz, CEO of the Company, that, on 5 January 2026, he transferred 17,920,845 ordinary shares of 0.1p ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to Nicola Korkmaz, for nil consideration.
Following the transfer, Mr Korkmaz's beneficial interest in Hercules is 17,920,846 Ordinary Shares, representing 22.5% of the Company's issued share capital. His interest in the Company is directly held by Hercules Real Estate Limited.
Novari Holdings Limited, a company owned by Nicola Korkmaz, now has a beneficial interest in 17,920,845 Ordinary Shares, representing 22.5% of the Company's issued share capital.
