Helium One Global (AIM: HE1), the primary helium explorer in Tanzania with a 50% working interest in the Galactica-Pegasus helium development project in Colorado, USA ("the Galactica Project"), announces that the following information is being disclosed pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
Sarah Cope, a Director of Helium One Global Ltd, was appointed, and remains, as a Non-Executive Director of Eneraqua Technologies plc ("Eneraqua"), which is not connected to Helium One Global Ltd, on 19 August 2021. On 16 March 2026, Eneraqua appointed liquidators to undertake an insolvent Creditors Voluntary Liquidation of Eneraqua.
