Total Voting Rights

Hays reports that as at 31 October 2026 its issued share capital was 1,600,433,092 Ordinary shares of 1p each, of which 25,435,522 shares (approximately 1.59%) were held in treasury, resulting in 1,574,997,570 total voting rights, and that this total voting rights figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for FCA Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules notifications of interests or changes in interests.
