Total Voting Rights
Hays plc has announced that as of 30 September, its issued share capital comprised 1,600,433,092 Ordinary shares of 1p each, with 27,035,596 shares held in treasury. Consequently, the total number of voting rights available to shareholders is 1,573,397,496, which will serve as the denominator for shareholders determining their notification obligations under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
