Hays plc has announced its voting rights and capital as of 28 February 2026, reporting a total issued share capital of 1,600,433,092 Ordinary shares of 1p each, with 1,291,352 shares held in treasury. Consequently, the total number of voting rights available to shareholders is 1,599,141,740, which shareholders should use as the denominator for calculating any notification requirements under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
