In compliance with 9.6.1 of the Listing Rules, copies of the 2024 Annual Report and 2024 AGM Notice will be submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
The 2024 Annual Report and 2024 AGM Notice are also available on the Hays plc website at haysplc.com/investors/annual-report-2024 and haysplc.com/investors/shareholder-services/agm and have today been posted to shareholders who have elected to receive paper communications.
The Company's Environmental, Social and Governance Report has also been published on the Company's website.
The Company's 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held on 20 November 2024 at 12.00pm at the offices of UBS, 5 Broadgate, London EC2M 2QS.
